Detailed return information is provided on the back of the packing slip that was included with your shipment. You can also print a Return Authorization Form. Please fill out the return form and include it with any returned merchandise.

Please be aware that some products, especially furniture, are highly susceptible to damage during transit. If there is noticeable damage to any of your items, please refuse to accept the shipment from the carrier, and then contact our Customer Service Department so that we may replace the shipment.
