with the blue trainer. Do not remove Grey Activation cap until you
are ready to use. |

Grasp unit with
the black tip pointing downward. |

Form fist around
the unit (black tip down). |

hand pull off the gray activation cap. |

Hold black tip near
outer thigh. |

Swing and jab firmly
into outer thigh (listen for click) so the unit is perpendicular (at
a ninety degree angle) to the thigh. |

for several seconds. |

Replace gray activation
