Created by dance educators Deborah Damast and Sara Levin, Move 'N Groove Kids is a creative movement-based dance and exercise video for children ages two to seven.
The Move 'N Groove Kids video features live-action, classroom-style learning with entertaining text and character animations that no child can resist! The class begins with a warm-up, followed by a fun series of movement explorations, and concludes with a relaxing cool-down segment. Deb and Sara guide the kids through each exercise, along with a little help from Munki, the boisterous, cloud-hopping Move 'N Groove Kids companion.
