Transition curriculum encourages students to think about their goals for life after high school, develop a long-range plan, and gain the knowledge and skills needed to achieve their post-school goals. The material can be used as a complete curriculum or as a supplement to an existing program.

The program is divided into 11 units. Each unit includes key vocabulary to target what students need to know in order to fully comprehend what they are reading. Also includes checklists, activity sheets for students to complete, and ideas for individual projects. Softcover, 250 pages.
