Data shows that the success of any AED program is one that is well maintained. As a Rescue Ready® Annual Service member, your AED program will receive annual service from factory-certified Cardiac Science technicians who will test the AED and preform any required maintenance ensuring readiness in case of an emergency.
This service also includes:
- MasterTrak™ software with monthly e-minders that track your equipment and accessory expiration dates. This is important because critical components required under Good Samaritan legislation include proper maintenance and service of AEDs as well as tracking / documentation of maintenance.
- Post-event visits to ensure reports are promptly downloaded and the device is ready to be redeployed. If an AED is used, a technician will come on site to download the rescue data and replace used disposables.
- Any required software updates are performed by factory certified technicians at no additional cost.
This program is different than others because your program is managed by certified Cardiac Science technicians who are factory trained to maintain your Powerheart AEDs and answer questions.

What to expect after purchase:
After placing your order, a representative will contact you to verify the serial numbers of the devices you want to cover. It will take 2 to 3 weeks to process, after which a technician will contact you to setup your first meeting. During that first visit, your technician will perform an in-service and ensure your AED is correctly setup for use.
