Features LEA SYMBOLS® pediatric symbols on one side and HOTV optotypes on the opposite. The 50% spaced rectangles (Visual Acuity Test format) have line sizes from 10/50 to 10/4 (3/15 to 3/1.2) equivalent. Has a hole for hanging the chart on the wall. Response key and instructions included.
Notations include actual letter size for 10 foot and 3-meter measurements found on left side of chart. Equivalent letter sizes notations include 20-foot, 6-meter, decimal, and Log MAR measurements on right side of the chart.
Dimensions: 17" x 21" (43 cm x 53.4 cm).
