Cleaning Instructions:

• Turn off device prior to cleaning
• Spray disinfectant onto a soft, non-abrasive cloth
• Apply gentle pressure to wipe all surfaces
• Clean the device as needed, typically once per day
• Do not submerge the device in disinfectant or water

Although many commercially available disinfectants work well, Attainment Company recommends a non-alcohol, glass cleaner or a 1:3 vinegar to water solution.

  • We do not recommend opening a device for any reason.
• Are Attainment’s GoTalk^® devices dishwasher safe?
  • No, none of our products are dishwasher safe.
  • This process would damage the mechanics.
• Can I use an abrasive scrubbing brush on my device?
  • We do not recommend this because it might scratch or damage the device.
• What do I do if I completely submerge my device in liquid?
  • If a GoTalk^® is submerged in liquid or spilled on, open the battery compartment and remove the batteries.
  • We also suggest either hanging the device by the handle or standing the device up to allow the liquid to drain.
