HIGH SCHOOL FIVE FOR LIFE PROGRAM® - eCurriculum

The HIGH SCHOOL FIVE FOR LIFE PROGRAM is a comprehensive and evidence-based PE curriculum that delivers developmentally appropriate fitness, health, nutrition, motor, and life skills through activity-based lessons that complement existing physical education programs. The program is aligned to SHAPE America’s National Standards and Grade-Level Outcomes for Physical Education.

The High School Five for Life Program® was designed by physical educators to meet the diverse needs of high school students, while integrating seamlessly into existing PE programs.

Educators can choose from engaging warm-ups, large-group fitness activities, and cool-downs, or any number of motor skill units that start with skill development, progress to small-sided games, and conclude with a tournament, complete with a Sport Ed Model to engage all learners.
