The Mueller Achilles™ is a patented device built to support strength, stability, and mobility across the foot, ankle, and lower leg. Its multidirectional resistance activates the foot, ankle, and lower leg to create consistent tension loading in every plane of motion, offering a more complete and functional training experience than traditional single-band tools. 

The structured design allows simple band position adjustments, helping users emphasize specific muscle groups and tailor their conditioning approach. This supports balanced development across the lower leg. The stable platform and controlled resistance make the system well suited for athletic conditioning, performance training, and general lower leg strength work.  Comes with medium size: 8-12 shoe size foot plate.  Unit measures: 22.5” L x 18” W x 15” H

1051315 – Mueller Achilles Weight Holder

The Mueller Achilles™ Weight Holder is a bottom-mounted accessory that accommodates up to two standard 10 lb. weight plates, allowing users to add external load to the base of the system for stable placement during use.  When applied to the underside of the Achilles platform, the weight holder allows weight plates to be added without modifying the system. This accessory can also be used in training environments or on surface types where suction cups are not suitable, supporting consistent system positioning across different setups.

The Mueller Achilles™ Comfort Heel Cushion is a leather interface pad positioned at the heel contact point. The cushion provides an added layer between the user’s heel and the system during use. The cushion attaches easily using an integrated Velcro strap, allowing it to be installed or removed without tools. Its simple attachment design allows users to adjust the system setup based on personal preference and training environment while maintaining compatibility with the Achilles platform.

The Mueller Achilles™ Backpack is a dedicated carry and storage solution designed to hold the Achilles 360° Lower Leg Conditioning System and compatible accessories. Mueller Achilles™ Sports Shoe Plates (1051311, 1051309, 1051307)

The Mueller Achilles™ Sports Shoe Plates are designed to integrate with the Achilles 360° Lower Leg Conditioning System while wearing athletic footwear. Sized to accommodate men’s US shoe sizes, the plate sits securely beneath the shoe to create a stable, consistent connection between the foot and the system’s multi-directional resistance. This allows users to train in a familiar, sport-ready setup without removing shoes.

Its structured, low-profile design helps maintain consistent foot positioning throughout movement, supporting controlled resistance across the ankle and lower leg. By enabling use with shoes on, the shoe plate supports smooth transitions between exercises and training environments, making it well suited for athletic conditioning, performance training, and lower leg strength work where footwear is preferred.

Mueller Achilles Resistance Band Sets (1051297, 1051295)

Bands integrate directly with the Achilles platform and are color coded for easy identification during setup or configuration changes. Resistance bands can be swapped to adjust overall system resistance based on user preference and use environment.
