Puttycise Exercise Putty Tool Sets

Use with exercise putty to increase function and versatility of hand exercise material. Tools can be pushed, pulled or turned through exercise putty to produce specified exercises. Each hand-held tool helps the user simulate various functions to help with everyday life, addressing a different skill: joint protection, forearm strengthening, functional grip, work stimulation, and fine motor skills. Changing the putty resistance will increase or decrease the difficulty level.

Set includes 5 durable plastic tools (cap turn, key turn, knob turn, L-bar, and peg turn) and storage/carry bag.
Set with putty also includes four 6-oz. putties: yellow (x-soft), red (soft), green (medium), and blue (firm).

Cap Turn to simulate opening or closing a water bottle, turning on a stove, or tightening a large bolt.

Key Turn to simulate turning a key, holding onto a paper folder, throwing a frisbee, holding a clothespin open, and pinching.

Knob Turn to simulate opening a door, tightening a jar, pushing a lid onto a container, tightening a valve, holding a glass of water, and opening makeup containers.

L-Bar to simulate opening a door, tightening a jar, pushing a lid onto a container, tightening a valve, holding a glass of water, and opening makeup containers.

Peg Turn to simulate turning a bolt or nut, pushing a button, picking up a pen, holding a straw, and tightening a small knob.
