Product Use/Directions

A child-friendly autorefractor that is portable, affordable and takes only seconds.

SureSight Autorefractor is a portable, fast and affordable device that makes testing even your toughest patients quick and painless - for both you and your patients. It is the first objective, accurate vision test that ensures reliable, early detection of refractive error - the primary vision disorder in children. The hand-held SureSight™ Vision Screener addresses the problems with eye chart acuity screenings.

The SureSight Vison Screener removes the need for screener analysis - an asterisk appears and indicates when a referral should be made.

  • Five-second, automatic test makes patient compliance easier
  • Lights and sounds engage childs attention
  • Measures and indicates abnormal readings automaticallyno provider interpretation required
  • Operates at a nonthreatening 14 inches (35 cm) distance
  • Minimal cooperation is necessary, making it equally effective for children, disabled patients and those with a language barrier
  • Screens for common vision problems, including near- and farsightedness (myopia/hyperopia), astigmatism (asymmetrical focus) and anisometropia (unequal power between eyes)
