HIGH: Twelve liters per minute for extreme emergency situations delivers oxygen concentrations approaching the recommended 100% inspiration concentration as an inhalator for breathing victims and as a resuscitator for oxygen supplemented mouth-to-mask resuscitation for a non-breathing victim.
