You may order from any product page on our website by simply entering the quantity that you wish to purchase and clicking the Add to Cart.

  • Stock Status: The "in stock" status on products is not real time and may take a couple days to update.
  • Pricing Disclaimer: We reserve the right to change prices due to unforeseen increases or decreases in manufacturer's prices or system errors. Catalog prices are current as of January 1st of the current year and are subject to change without notification.

Purchase Orders

Please ensure you are using a valid Purchase Order number issued by your business office. The cost of duplicate orders become the responsibility of your organization.

Payments Accepted Online

  • Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express)
  • School Health Gift Card
  • Purchase Order Number accepted from Schools and Organizations pending verification of credit status

Sales Tax

Tax will be calculated after your order is processed online. Sales Tax exempt customers with a valid and current sales tax exemption certficate on file with School Health will have their tax removed from the order before processing. If you would like to check if you have a form on file, please contact us via chat or phone. You may also email your current form to Order Processing or fax your current form to 800-235-1305. Any additional instructions can be added to the “Special Instructions” box during checkout.

Status of Orders/Backorders

You can access the tracking information of your online order directly from our website. After you log in, you will be able to click on the My Account link on the top of any page and click on My Orders to view status of orders placed online.

For orders that were not placed online, to check status simply send an email to our Customer Service Team or call us at 866-323-5465 to check status on your order. Please include your School/Company Name, Address, Purchase Order Number, and any other information that will help us locate your order.

Order Cancellations

On-line orders are immediately processed. To cancel an order, you must call our Customer Service Team at 866-323-5465 as soon as possible. If your products have not yet been shipped, we will cancel your order. If the products have been shipped and you absolutely need to cancel the shipment, then simply refuse the delivery of the order from the carrier. Next Day or Second Day charges are not refundable.

Our goal at School Health Corporation is to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with our products and services. If you are not satisfied with your order, simply call our Customer Service Department at 866-323-5465 or contact us by email.

International Orders

International orders require prepayment by wire transfer so we need some information from you.

Please email us at customercare@schoolhealth.com, including the following information and we will provide you with a complete quote:

  • Final destination address location
  • Contact Name, Phone #, and Email address
  • Item number and quantity
  • What Freight Forwarder do you plan to use, if any

Please note:

All shipping charges and any taxes or duties from customs to final destination will be your responsibility. International shipments require prepayment via Wire Transfer before any order will be released for shipping, and wire transfer fees will be your responsibilty.

International orders cannot be cancelled or returned once the wire transfer has been received.

We will email a quote back to you within 2 business days. Once you have reviewed and accepted this quote, you can email your order back to us.

Shipping Policy

Free shipping on orders of $125 or more in the continental United States for Standard UPS Ground or tailgate truck (Elevated Doc required or hand load off trailer). For subtotals less than $125, the shipping charge is $12.95.

Fast Shipping

Do you need your product shipped same day? Most in-stock products with a rush request can be shipped same day if orders are received prior to 2:00 p.m. CT Monday through Friday. Restrictions may apply for large orders and/or seasonal times of the year. Normal order requests from our warehouse will ship 1-2 days after order is received. Drop ship items direct from our vendors may take longer and have extended lead times for special orders. Please contact our customer care department for order specifics.

Elevated Loading Dock

For freight orders, if your delivery location does not have an elevated loading dock, your order can be shipped out via lift-gate-equipped truck (to lower the product from truck to ground), and a $75.00 lift-gate charge will be added to your order.

Items shipped to Alaska & Hawaii

Small parcel shipment costs to Alaska and Hawaii are 18% of the merchandise sub-total. Please contact us for shipping and processing costs for freight items.
