Why use BRAINball?

Developed by the University School of Physical Education, in Wroclaw, Poland in 2002, BRAINball has almost two decades of proven research published in numerous books, research publications, and doctoral dissertations. Ask us how to set up a professional development workshop at your school.

What does BRAINball include?

Each set includes a detailed lesson book filled with (100) games/activities. Lesson books are not sold separately. In addition, there are (40) green and (40) yellow basketballs – each group including the full alphabet, extra key letters, and numbers 0 – 9. Each ball has one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter, and one number. There are (20) soccer balls – (8) red, (8) blue and (4) orange. Each red and blue ball has two different math symbols, and the orange balls are blank and act as “wildcards.” The balls are made with of lightweight, soft, foamed rubber that is less intimidating and easier to transport than traditional rubber balls. Premium BRAINball carrying bags are also included with each set.

Beyond the included lesson plans, the possibilities are endless. You will find that BRAINball can be incorporated into your program every day without ever completing the same activity twice.

  • Storage: Extreme or sudden changes in temperature may cause damage. BRAINball must be stored in a cool to moderate temperature. Do not leave BRAINball outside, in wet or high heat conditions. Do not store equipment on top of BRAINball or in the same bag.
