Airex Balance Beam

Soft foam trapezoidal beam can be positioned wide-side down for greater stability or narrow-side down for a greater vestibular challenge. Unstable base helps improve upper/lower body stabilization and coordination. This product is great for core conditioning, rehabilitation, gait and balance.

Closed-cell, ultra-soft specialty foam that gently compresses when standing on it. Due to the yielding foam, the body is constantly challenged in order to maintain balance and stabilize the joints. This exercises more and deeper muscles compared to performing the same exercises without the Balance Beam.
