Status of Orders/Backorders
You can access the tracking information of your online order directly from our website. After you log in, you will be able to click on the My Account link on the top of any page and click on Order History to view status of orders placed online. For orders that were not placed online, to check status simply send an email to our Customer Service Team or call us at 866-323-5465 to check status on your order. Please include your School/Company Name, Address, Purchase Order Number, and any other information that will help us locate your order.
