Diabetes Care at School: Bridging the Gap CD Multi-Media Training Course for Non-Medical Personnel

This comprehensive, 12- chapter, multi-media activity is designed to provide school personnel who have limited medical training with the knowledge and expertise required to successfully assist with the care of a child with Type 1 diabetes while participating in school-related activities.

The CD includes: A pre- and post test to objectively assess learning; Diabetes care skills videos to allow participants to observe such skills as performing a glucose check, insulin injection, glucagon injection, and others.
