Thera-Band Hand Exerciser

Unique soft feel enables users to complete a variety of movements to strengthen grip, increase dexterity and mobility, and improve fine and gross motor skills through a system of progressive compression. Resistance in different levels of compression allow each exercise to be geared to the patient. Hand exercisers are not a toy. Adult supervision is required when children are using them. 2" x 2" x 2".

Can also be used for hot and cold therapy. To heat, place in the microwave for no more than 10 seconds. To chill, place in the refrigerator for 1.5 - 2 hours.

Polymer-based, not made with natural rubber latex. Not as messy as putty. Hand exercisers may be cleaned with warm soapy water and patted dry with cloth towel.

Force at 50% compression:

• Red: soft, 3 lbs.
• Green: medium, 5 lbs.
• Blue: firm, 8 lbs.
• Black: extra firm, 17 lbs.
