Double sided mat uses strategically placed palm markings and an adjustable soft foam chest block to teach proper hand placement and body positioning for an accurate push-up. Removable foam block attaches with Velcro® to adjust height from 3" to 6". Measures 30.5” x 19”.

• (2) Flex-Testers (25529)- Quality powder coated steel construction with non-marring base. Folding foot plates for easy storage. Smooth glide reach indicators with easy to read standard and metric calibration. Use with Fitnessgram®, SHAPE, & other national testing programs.

• (1) Sports Health™ Curl-Up Assessment Mats (25183PS) -Raised lines allow users to feel the start and finish points allowing for proper form. Mats are made from 1/2" thick closed cell foam. Set of 6, one each of red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple. Measures 48"L x 24"W.
