Product Description

Press the top surface of the switch to activate and a large display area on the top glows a bright bluish-green color from an electroluminescent lamp. Provides a visual cue, helpful for persons with low vision to located the device, for nighttime use, or to attract attention.

Lightweight and durable, switch can withstand being dropped from short distances. Operates with 9-volt battery or AC adapter (included). 4-1/4" x 2-1/2" x 1".

Lighted Switch with three modes:

  • Off: switch is nonfunctional. To conserve power and avoid false activation, turn off when not in use.
  • On: momentary mode. Lights while top surface is pressed and activates connected device, which remains activated while top is pressed.
  • Continuous: Light is on at all times. Top surface must be pressed to activated connected device, which remains activated while top is pressed.

Three modes for light intensity:

  • Lo: light is at low intensity. Intended to be used for very low ambient light conditions. When combining low power with continuous mode, it functions as a nightlight switch.
  • Hi: light is at high intensity. Brightest mode of operation, intended for use under normal room lighting. When combining high power with continuous mode, a two-minute time-out will be used.
  • Flash: light flashes two quick flashes per second. Use flashing when other power settings are not satisfactory for gaining user's attention. When combining flash with continuous mode, a two-minute time-out will be used.

Tactile Lighted Switch provides visual and tactile feedback, which can be employed independently of each other. Three modes for the light:

  • Off: switch is nonfunctional. To conserve power and avoid false activation, turn off when not in use.

  • Flash: Flashes while top surface is pressed. Connected device is activated and remains on while top surface is pressed.

  • Off: tactile (vibration) function is off. To conserve power and avoid false activation, turn off when not in use.
  • On: tactile (vibration) is activated while top surface is pressed. Connected device is activated and remains on while top surface is pressed.
  • Pulse: tactile (vibration) pulses while top surface is pressed. Connected device is activated and remains on while top surface is pressed.
