* Due to supply chain issues and the recommendation from our manufacturer, using the Welch Allyn SureTemp SH# 13071 and rectal probe SH# 13074 are acceptable alternatives to the DataTherm II. Probe can be used to assess rectal temperature to diagnose EHS, then be removed before placing the subject in an immersion tub for treatment (it is not a flexible probe, so this is important).
