About the Speaker:
Chris Hoyer is currently the Director of Community Preparedness for North American Rescue and brings 25 years of experience in Fire and EMS. Chris was a career firefighter and retired from full time firefighting in 2017 from Clearwater Fire and Rescue. He also served 16 years as a tactical paramedic on the Clearwater SWAT Team.
