Drug Supply Chain Security Act (DSCSA)

To ensure full compliance with DSCSA regulations, School Health has partnered with TraceLink, a global leader in track-and-trace solutions. This partnership provides you with an easy-to-use online portal to access, retrieve, and report the serialized compliance data required for the items you purchase from School Health.

TraceLink requires all account holders to register using one of the following identification numbers: DEADUNS or HIN. If your business does not currently have one of these identification numbers and you are interested in creating an account, please click on the applicable agency link above. 

  1. Get started by visiting https://opus.tracelink.com and then follow the steps below.
  2. Current or returning TraceLink users should input their email in the log in section and enter their password.
  3. New users will need to select “Set Up my Account". Alternatively, you can submit your information via the TraceLink Partner Account Setup form.
  4. You will receive confirmation from TraceLink when your account has been set up.
  5. For assistance, please create a support ticket.

Note:   Once logged in to Tracelink, you will need the sales order number and your School Health account number to access serialized compliance data.
