DynaDisc Balance Cushions

Inflatable balance cushion is smooth on one side and textured with pegs on the other. Helps improve posture, alignment and create a more challenging workout in less time. Use with sitting to provide benefits similar to a exercise ball, standing to increase balance and muscular resistance while doing exercises, or lying to improve core strength and stabilization during floor exercises.

Vary inflation to change the degree of difficulty. Inflate with a traditional ball needle. Capable of withstanding up to 2,000 pounds per square inch. Made of the same material as inflatable exercise balls.
