Displaying empathy for customers and responding promptly to their needs, this professional will present and sell corporate products to business and industrial establishments or individuals over the phone. Responsibilities include conducting outbound sales calls to an assigned territory, calling on existing customers, dormant accounts, and prospects, and following up leads via CRM software.
Qualifications encompass the ability to work with customers in a consultative selling relationship and provide total solutions for their business needs; and proficiency with CRM software, Microsoft Office, and order processing systems. You should have a minimum of 2 years recent experience in inside sales.
