The Circuit Training handbook consists of essential information, including exercise modification and progression, circuit training implementation, circuit design, detailed instruction of exercises, and numerous predesigned circuits that teachers can implement and/or modify in their PE classes.

There are 46 pre-designed circuits in seven categories that includes: Body Weight, Cognitive, Components of Fitness, Sports Skills, Themes, and Bonus Circuits.

Each circuit includes:

The Circuit Training Cards include 65 large, 11” x 17” laminated cards. Each card contains detailed information including:

• Anatomical illustrations highlighting and identifying the primary muscles trained
• Vocabulary
• Component of Fitness trained (color coded)
