The The Fishin’ for Nutrition Handbook includes pages of detailed nutrition information covering food groups, everyday foods versus sometimes foods, Recommended Daily Amounts, food labels, macronutrients (carbohydrates, protein, fat), and micronutrients (vitamins, minerals).
