Designed with a low-friction, non-marking, material to slide smoothly on virtually any surface. The firm, foam grip pattern on the top side, means ideal traction for hands and feet. Large surface area is easier to use and maneuver. Each Slide measures 10.5” x 7.5”. Includes 2 Go Slides, a carry bag, and training manual.
