Inflatable Balance Disc 24"

Inflatable disc mimics the movement and shape of an inflatable ball when used on any seat. Activates and engages major muscles groups while seated, promotes upright posture, and improves balance, coordination and strength.

Use with people who have trouble sitting still to increase attention and focus. Use it on the floor as a standing disc for balance training, proprioception, and strengthening of lower extremities. .Can be deflated to 1" thickness or inflated to 2" thickness (firm). Disc has a flat side and nubby side for tactile feedback and stimulation. Inflates with regular hand pump (not included).

Large 24” size can be used as a balance board or sitting disc, depending on how much it is inflated. Inflates with standard pump. Tactile side offers user feedback and stimulation. Weight capacity 250 lbs.
