LEA Symbols Near Vision Screener Card

This test is designed for amblyopia screening and testing children who have difficulties when tested with the standard near vision card. The background is gray with the exception of a white rectangle spaced at 100% surrounding each line of symbols.Line sizes from 20/400 to 20/16 (6/120 to 6/4.8) equivalent, 0.05 to 1.25. Printed on two sides. Response key is printed on the test card. Includes training cards and instructions. Screener measures 8" x 10" (20.3 cm x 25.4 cm).
