Massachusetts LEA SYMBOLS® Pre-K 20/50 & 20/40 Near Vision Card

The Massachusetts Near Vision Screener with 16-inch Cord includes line sizes of 20/100, 20/50, and 20/40 equivalent for critical line vision screening. Card printed on both sides with LEA SYMBOLS® at 20/50 line for 3-year-olds and 20/40 for ages 4 and 5. The LEA SYMBOLS® side includes optotypes on the bottom of the chart for familiarizing a child with the optotypes before screening and for use as a matching game when children do not want to verbally identify optotypes.
