Massachusetts Wall Chart Kit Grades 1, 2, and 3

Kit Contains:

• Sloan Letters Proportionally Spaced Distance Chart for 10 feet (3 meters) - Lines labeled with only 10 ft and 20 ft notations. Proportionally spaced lines: line sizes range from 20/160 to 20/10 (6/48 to 6/3) equivalent. This chart can either be wall mounted or used in an ESV1200, ESV1500, or a Model A+ illuminated cabinet. Chart size is 9" x 14" (22.9 cm x 35.6 cm).
• Sloan Letters Response Panel - Great tool for patients who cannot verbally respond to the vision test.
• LEA SYMBOLS® Near Card Line/MASS - Proportionally-spaced lines on one side and 50% spaced rectangle (Massachusetts Visual Acuity Test format) on the opposite side. Line sizes range from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent. Response key printed on test card. Includes flash cards and instructions. Measurements: 8 in x 10 in (20,3 cm x 25,4 cm), Test distance: 16 in (40 cm)
• Flip-up Occluder Glasses with Frosted Lenses - Bright and colorful! Each side of the glasses flips up and down for easy occlusion, with large circular lenses for maximum coverage. New gender-neutral colors make these perfect for boys and girls. Added rubber ‘feet’ help prevent glasses from slipping. Flexible, durable plastic makes these glasses nearly indestructible!
• Pass Test – OH – Rapid Stereopsis Test for children & non-readers.

          Basic pass/fail screening that measures at 120 seconds of arc.

          Includes: manual, pediatric & intermediate polarized viewers plus measuring string.

•  Sloan Letters Near Vision Card - Standardized Sloan Letters near vision card with proportionally spaced (logMAR) lines in ETDRS, format; line sizes range from 20/400 to 20/10 (6/120 to 6/3) equivalent. Attached 16-inch (40 cm) measuring cord ensures proper screening distance. Printed on two sides. 7" x 9" (17.8 cm x 22.9 cm).  16-inch, 40 cm testing distance.
