The NONIN Model 8000Q2 Ear Clip Sensor is designed for subjects weighing greater than 88 pounds (40 kilograms) where fingertip monitoring is impractical. The recommended application site is the ear lobe.
Note: Ear clip sensors generally do not perform as well as sensors applied on the fingers.
For use with the NONIN 8500 Handheld Pulse Oximeter or the NONIN PalmSAT® 2500 / 2500A Series Handheld Pulse Oximeters and Sensors.
