An easy to use training tool that uses a durable elastic band to prevent excessive upward arm movement. Attaches to the passer’s wrists and ankles by lightweight Velcro® cuffs. The small wrist cuffs are designed to minimize ball contact interference and the elastic band adjusts to accommodate any passer’s height.
