PRESTAN’S revolutionary CPR Rate Monitor provides instant feedback for the rate of chest compressions. Students can gauge speed on their own. Instructors can monitor several students quickly and easily. Lights continually signal rate progression, confirming compressions are within the 100- 120 CPM range recommended by the Industry Guidelines. The yellow light will blink if the 120 CPM upper limit is exceeded, warning students to slow down. Students can also be confident they are compressing to the appropriate depth. The unique Clicker Mechanism provides an audible confirmation when the correct compression depth is reached between 2.0 -2.4 inches.
