Prevent Blindness HOTV and Sloan Letters (PB211N) Chart Only

This Prevent Blindness chart features five optotypes per line to meet national and international eyechart standardization guidelines. One side includes HOTV letters for children who do not know the alphabet in random order and the other side includes Sloan Letters to use when children know their letters in random order.

Both the HOTV and Sloan Letters charts include the following lines: 20/100, 20/80, 20/63, 20/50, 20/40, 20/32, 20/25, 20/20, 20/16 and 20/12.5.
