Prevent Blindness LEA and Sloan Letters (PB231N) Chart Only

This Prevent Blindness chart features five optotypes per line to meet national and international eyechart standardization guidelines. One side includes LEA SYMBOLS^® optotypes for children who do not know the alphabet in random order and the other side includes Sloan Letters to use when children know their letters in random order.

The LEA SYMBOLS^® side includes the following lines: 20/80, 20/63, 20/50, 20/40, 20/32, 20/25, 20/20, 20/16 and 20/12.5. The Sloan Letters side includes the following lines: 20/100, 20/80, 20/63, 20/50, 20/40, 20/32, 20/25, 20/20, 20/16 and 20/12.5.
