Rescue Ready Services from ZOLL has a robust program that fits your needs to assist in ensuring you’re ready. Each service is powered by PlusTrac™ a scalable and user-friendly, cloud-based software platform which ensures your AED program is compliant and ready. Stay on top of state and local regulations; responder training and certification tracking and automated product alerts.

With the add on of PlusCare™ you will have on-site service and maintenance with certified technicians out in the field to perform routine inspections and maintenance, troubleshoot device issues, replace expired batteries and electrodes.

PlusTrac Essential (1000021): 1 year - (1) AED or single (1) Mobilize Rescue System. Includes:

• Online management program
• Medical Tx
• Protocol and EMS Templates
• Interactive AED management
• E-minders, alert notifications & interactive reporting console

PlusCare Preferred (1036049 – 1036053): Available 2 or 4-year increments: For (1) AED or (1) Mobilize Rescue Systems product. Includes an annual inspection and service visit, one site assessment, and one post event review.

PlusCare Advanced (1036047 – 1036051): Available in 2 or 4-year increments: For (1) AED or (1) Mobilize Rescue Systems product. Includes (1) annual inspection and service visit, one site assessment and one post event review. Also includes replacement accessories (pads/battery all other devices (non-ICPR).

PlusCare Advanced ICPR (1033995 – 1033996): Available in 2 or 4-year increments: For Powerheart G5 devices with ICPR only. Includes (1) annual inspection and service visit, one site assessment and one post event review. Also includes replacement accessories (pads/battery).
