Product Description
Driverless programming makes it quick and easy to change the pedal to perform keyboard actions and productivity-enhancing macros.Pedal actions are defined by a tiny, editable text file residing on a memory chip in the device. It becomes visible on a "virtual removable disk" which is created in programming mode.
Features:
- USB plug and play; not special drivers needed
- Pedals are front-hinged, low profile, and rounded for easy triggering
- Pedals have adjustable activation force
- Models with extra jack allow adding extra pedal or hand trigger
- Recessed programming switch accessible from underside of unit
- Programming Mode also accessible by holding a pedal briefly while connecting USB cable to open virtual removable disk
- Includes USB control module (except item # 88932)
- Made from black, glass-reinforced nylon for durability
Default programming:
- Single Pedal: left mouse button action
- Dual Pedal: left and right mouse button actions
- Triple Pedal: left mouse button action, left double click, right mouse button
- Control Modules: Activate mouse clicks. Two or four jacks default configuration to perform mouse click actions: Jack 1 (RRear) = right click, Jack 2 (RFront) = left click, Jack 3 (LRear) = middle click, and Jack 4 (LFront) = double left click.
Supported operating systems: Full feature support is provided under Windows 7, Windows 8 and earlier versions which support USB. Most features are also supported under Linux, Android, and Chrome. Macintosh systems don’t allow one USB device to modify another, so a pedal programmed as modifier key can only be used in combination with another pedal, not with a key on a keyboard
Available for sale in United States only.

Macintosh systems do not allow one USB device to modify another, so a pedal programmed as modifier key can only be used in combination with another pedal, not with a key on a keyboard. In Play Mode the Savant Elite2 emulates a generic keyboard and mouse. In Programming Mode it emulates a generic keyboard and removable disk. Programming Mode requires generic OS support for a removable disk, plus a text editing program or app that can edit and save a file as “plain text” or “simple text.” Most word processing and text editing programs have this capability. |
