Welch Allyn Spot Vision Screener
The Spot Vision Screener is a handheld, portable device designed to help users quickly and easily detect vision issues on patients from 6 months of age through adult. Spot screens both eyes at once from a nonthreatening 3-foot distance. The touch-screen display allows for one-touch activation, simple management of patient data entry, and easy configuration for both vision screening and autorefraction applications.

The Ero-Scan Plus OAE is an OAE screener for the early detection of hearing loss. This device quickly screens for hearing loss using objective OAE screening technology of measurement by testing the outer hair cells of the ear and providing a Pass/Refer response. The smaller design and accessories allows for easy portability and ease of use. Perfect for any age group but recommended for all children aged 3 years and under. OAE screening is also appropriate for children over 3 who are unable to follow the instructions or complete the tasks required for Pure Tone screening.

Calibration | SPOT by Welch Allyn Calibration*/Software FAQ The SPOT Vision Screener comes fully calibrated, however, if you feel the unit needs a re-calibration, please follow the directions below of refer to your user manual. *Your Spot Vision Screener does not need to be calibrated like a SureSight Vision Screener. Touchscreen Calibration The Spot touchscreen can be calibrated by selecting Touchscreen from the tools menu. You will be asked to confirm whether or not you want to calibrate the screen. If you select Calibrate, it is a simple two-step process to complete calibration: Step 1 - A series of 5 cross-hairs will appear one after the other, starting in the upper left hand corner (Figure 26). Simply touch each target as close to center as possible (a stylus is a useful tool for calibrating the touchscreen). After all 5 targets have been touched, move to Step 2. NOTE: If you do not touch the first target within 15 seconds, the calibration will be cancelled. EroScan by Maico Calibration Equipment is not user repairable. Touchscreen Calibration
