Meet the Presenters:
Evan ErnstEvan Ernst is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of Who We Play For (WWPF), the largest heart screening program in the country. He was motivated to start the organization by the death of one of his high school teammates. Rafael “Rafe” Maccarone collapsed while playing soccer at Cocoa Beach High School in 2007.
Shawn Sima, PA-CShawn Sima, PA-C, is an experienced Physician Assistant and Impact Director for Who We Play For. He developed an interest in CPR/AED/Public Safety after his daughter, Lexi, was saved by an AED. His passion is saving lives through advocacy, and helping to pass legislation at the local, state, and national level.
