Sequencing Verb Tenses

Conjugation and proper verb usage can be difficult for many kids. Help students learn about regular and irregular verbs and help improve speech, language, reasoning, critical thinking, and more

Set covers 48 action verbs, 24 regular and 24 irregular. Each verb is represented with a three-step sequence of fill in the blank cards. Choose an action verb to teach, and then have students put the cards in order while filling in the blanks with the correct verb tenses. (She will paint the fence. She paints the fence. She painted the fence.)

The cards also feature helpful illustrations to let kids know which tense they should use. Have students put the cards in order, explain the sequence of events, and expand their vocabulary as they figure out the correct answer. Total of 144 cards, 3-1/4” x 4-1/4”.
