Thigh-sized and shaped model of the human thigh. Produced using skin safe Prosthetic Grade Platinum Silicone, making it robust, washable, and reusable. Featuring two wounds with bleeding tubes that enable the trainer to simulate major hemorrhage. Trainees and students can accurately see whether they are successfully halting the bleeding, as the blood will be unable to continue bleeding, should the correct pressure be applied. The three wounds featured on the Thigh Wound Packing Trainer include an entry and exit through gunshot wound, with a large internal cavity and a superficial deep oval abrasion. TrueClot Blood Simulant is approved for use with this training device.
