Super absorbent snow-like material (synthetic polymer) fluffs like snow and feels cold to the touch when you add water. Absorbs 200-300 times its mass in water.

Create a moldable hot or cold pack by adding rubbing alcohol and sealing in plastic zipper bag. Freeze or refrigerate for greater effect, or heat in the microwave for a warm sensation. Also good for development of fine motor skills and sensory development.
