They consist of a medical-grade non-woven pad, pre-moistened with Water-Jel’s NEW clear, fragrance-free, water-based gel with Hyaluronic Acid.

The gel is made from 96% water and is slow to evaporate, so blankets and dressings remain moist and non-adherent. They provide thermal cooling of burns (not evaporative) without the need for re-wetting so they won’t get too cold or increase the risk of hypothermia – even on large extent burns.
