Nationally registered paramedic (Retired) and has accumulated a series of "master level" provider and instructor qualifications from organizations such as the AHA, American Red Cross, OSHA, National Safety Council, Oxygen Therapy Institute and Delaware State Fire School. He teaches many levels of Emergency Care, Risk Management, Life Safety, fire and hazardous materials management including CPR, ACLS and AED, First Responder, Emergency Medical Technician (EMT), Paramedic, Fire Service, and Hazardous Materials Technician and Specialist courses. Chip is currently a Certified AED Specialist & Territory Manager at Cardiac Science Corporation.

Joanne is experienced at helping School Nurses find funding and support for new initiatives. She is a four time recipient of the President's Club Award at School Health.
