WELNET® Module – Brain & Body Boosts

BRAIN & BODY BOOSTS MODULE consists of over 160 videos built to provide safe and developmentally appropriate physical activity for children ages 3-18. Videos have been developed to work on muscular strength, muscular endurance, cardiorespiratory endurance, flexibility, and brain challenges. Teachers are able to create video playlists and assign to their classes. Reports are available that display what videos were watched by who and the percentage of the video watched.
