Wobble/Balance Board Kit

Rocker Board
A great balance board to start with for anyone who is not fully confident in their balance. Helps improve balance and coordination, increase core strength and stability, improve strength and flexibility of knee and ankle muscles and ligaments. Single-plane of tilt with wide and stable stance is suitable for basic balance training and improving range of motion. Pitches back and forth across one plane and is adjustable to 10°, 12°, and 15° for varying difficulties via two adjustable spheres.

Wobble Boards
Help increase balance, proprioception, coordination and agility, while improving strength in core and stabilizing muscles in the lower body. Tri-level sphere adjusts quickly to steeper angles to give a greater balance challenge. Great for enhancing sports performance and decreasing the amount of time rehabilitating from injury. Includes removable 5" polyurethane sphere with tri-level spacer for varied difficulty. 20" board (intermediate) has tilt angles of 10°, 12°, and 15°. 16" board (advanced) has tilt angles of 14°, 16°, and 19°.

Made from durable 3/4” birch plywood. Safe, non-slip top surface for any type of footwear or bare feet. 500 lbs. weight capacity. Kit includes 20" Rocker board, 20" Wobble board, 16" Wobble board, and wooden wobble board stand.
