Positional words are important because they help children follow and give directions, expand, us and understand new vocabulary, describe the exact location of an object, help build recognition of sight words, enhance beginning reading and writing skills, and develop spatial awareness.
Children use a spinner to tell them where to place picture cards-in a tree, on a hat, over a chair, near a box and more. Largest object measures 3”H.
