to quickly and efficiently provide therapy for those in need. The time-consuming steps of removing the pads packaging during the initial stages of the response has been eliminated.
The Philips FR3 adult electrodes in conjunction with the Philips Infant/Child key can be used on child and pediatric SCA victims as well, so there’s no time wasted changing pad sets.
The multifunction SMART Pads III connector is compatible with HeartStart manual defibrillators, and can be used for ECG monitoring, external pacing, and synchronized cardioversion as well as defibrillation.
It is recommended to always have a spare set of electrodes with your AED in case of a second emergency.
